About three thousand houses remained without hot water.
“Naftogaz” refuses to provide “Kievteploenergo” gas until I get all the debts “Kyivenergo”. Because of this, the capital has created a complex situation with hot water.
This was announced by the mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko said on his official page.
“It is one thing – the debts of Kiev for the consumed service, the other matter – fines and penalties, which is the result of economic activity. Company “Naftogaz of Ukraine”, unfortunately, has decided to blackmail Kiev. Off the gas, until the debt of “Kyivenergo” will be returned to them. My position is clear – we need this conflict to resolve in the courts. But Kiev should not be held hostage to this situation,” he said.
