Recall that in late winter the representatives of the General Prosecutor’s office assured that the lifting of sanctions against former senior officials of times of Yanukovych will not affect the investigation of criminal cases in Ukraine. The lifting of sanctions against Serhiy Kluyev (a brother of Andriy Klyuyev), who was the owner of the company, which were issued “the surgeon”, the GPU was explained by technical reasons. At the same time, this year promises to transfer in court business against the former Minister of justice Elena Lukash.
