Leaders of growth of debt became Transcarpathia (+32.8 per cent), Carpathian (+19,1%) and Kherson region (+14.2 percent). In Khmelnytskyi, Dnipropetrovsk, Vinnytsya, Sumy oblasts and Kyiv city, the rate ranged from 5.6% to 12.3%. Less he was in Cherkasy, Odesa, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Zhytomyr, Luhansk, Kyiv and Mykolaiv regions.

The increase in debt was observed in the areas of education 144,4% (10,593 million UAH), the arts, sports, entertainment and recreation by 28.2% (1,552 million). In the sphere of health protection and provision of social assistance debts rose in July by 4.4% (27,202 million UAH).
