In the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Australia has said they will sue.

A few months later, in late 2016 or early 2017, Australia will publish the list of persons involved in accident in the summer of 2014 in the Donbass Malaysian Boeing flight MH17. Of the 298 people who were on Board and died 27 Australians.

“Until the end of the year, perhaps early next year, the list of those who we believe should be brought to justice, is confirmed, and then should be a judicial process”, – reads the statement of the Minister for foreign Affairs of Australia, Julie Bishop, reports Reuters.

Bishop noted that the court should be held under the auspices of the UN. However, it was convinced that Russia, as a permanent member of the UN security Council, will veto any attempt to organize the trial.

Also discusses options for the establishment of an international Tribunal and conduct of the trial in the Netherlands. The Minister recalled the case of the creation of such a Tribunal regarding the attack on 21 December 1988 in Lockerbie, Scotland. Guilty in explosion of the plane called the Libyan intelligence services. Then killed 270 people – crew, passengers and residents of the city, where the wreckage fell.

On 28 September 2016, the international Commission for the investigation of the crash revealed the results of the investigation. Investigators said that SAM “Buk”, from which the rocket was fired, was delivered to the Donbas from Russia. Fired from the occupied territory. After the attack, “Buk” was again taken to Russia. Investigators have a list of about a hundred suspects in the crime, however, specific names have not yet named. The Commission extended the investigation until the beginning of 2018.

Recall that the plane crash Boeing 777 “Malaysian airlines”, which flew from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, occurred on 17 July 2014 near the village of Hrabove in Donetsk region.

Victims of the crash were 298 people including 15 crew members.

14 Jul Malaysia has made in the UN security Council a draft resolution on the establishment of an international Tribunal to investigate Boeing 777 crash over Donbas. This idea was also supported by the Netherlands, Ukraine, Australia and Belgium. In the Kremlin consider this step premature and blocked the document.

13 October 2015, the security Council of the Netherlands issued its own report on the crash of passenger liner Boeing 777 “Malaysian airlines”. According to the document, the aircraft was struck by parts of the 9N314M missiles fired from MANPADS “Buck”; it was found that the initial launching point is located on a land area of about 320 square kilometers in Eastern Ukraine; Ukraine has not produced an adequate risk assessment for civil aviation in Ukraine was enough reason to close the airspace over the occupied territories. During the publication of the technical findings to journalists and relatives of the victims showed the reconstructed portion of the plane of Malaysian airlines.

In turn the Ukrainian experts stated that the aviation authority exceeded the recommendation and set a limit of 10 kilometers.

Earlier, one of the authors of the report, the Bellingcat investigation of Russian military involvement in the destruction of the Malaysian Boeing MH17 Daniel romeyn questioned the fact that anti-aircraft Buk missile could send to the Donbass without the consent of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. In its investigation the researchers found that the men of the second battalion of the 53rd anti-aircraft missile brigade from Kursk delivered to the Ukrainian border “Buk”, from which the plane was shot down MH-17. Romaine notes that the decision on the transfer of SAM to the East of Ukraine should be taken at a higher level than the 53 brigade. In the document, in particular, have the names of the commanders of the 20-th army of the Russian Federation and the Western military district is probably involved.

It should be noted that the defence Ministry had fabricated the testimony about the crash of MH17. To such conclusion came the team of international investigators Bellingcat, after analyzing the testimony of the Russian authorities. The team have studied in detail all the information presented at the briefing a few years ago, and showed that the main statements of the Ministry of defense of the Russian Federation (in particular, the statements about satellite images and mobile installation “Buk”) is not true.

On September 26, the defense Ministry has unveiled a new, supposedly recently discovered, the radar data showing the airspace over Ukraine on 17 July 2014 (the day of the accident).
