The leader of “DNR” accused Kiev in the failure of the agreement and the outbreak of a new round of hostilities.
One of the most disturbing news of the week came just today. The Kremlin and its puppets openly accused Kiev in the failure of the Minsk agreements.

It all started with the statement of policy of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. Yesterday, October 15, in Chuguev in Kharkiv, passing army weapons, he stressed that Ukraine will not fulfill the political part of Minsk agreements until the package for security.
