For violation of the ban on flights to Crimea issued more than 5 thousand orders.

Ukraine counted Russian airlines flew to the occupied Crimea fines in the amount of 721,2 million.

This was announced by the State aviation service of Ukraine, transfers “UNIAN” .

“Just after the annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation Ukraine charged Russian airlines, violating the Ukrainian legislation and carry out flights to the occupied Crimea, 721,236 million UAH of penalties,” – said the Ministry of transport.

For violation of the ban on flights to Crimea issued more than 5 thousand orders.

“So far they haven’t paid a penny”, – concluded in the Ministry of transport.

Recall, 25 Nov 2015 Ukraine has decided to ban all transit flights of all Russian airlines.

Because of the ban of transit of Russian aircraft over the territory of Ukraine the losses of the state enterprise for air traffic services of Ukraine (UkSATSE) can be up to 25-30 million euros per year.

From 25 October 2015, Ukraine and Russia imposed sanctions and banned each other to make flights to their countries. Ukraine has imposed sanctions against 29 airlines (27 Russian and two “pressed” Russia in the Crimea), in particular, because they operate flights to the occupied Crimea, and also if they carry military goods, dual-use or Russian military. Moscow has imposed sanctions mirrored, but did not explain why. Then Kiev has banned all Russian airlines to fly to Ukraine.
