NACP should inform the parliamentarians about the failure reporting and those needs to submit a Declaration within 10 days.
In the database of the National Agency for prevention of corruption as on the morning of 31 October, no electronic Declaration of the seven deputies. The rest of the 416 parliamentarians reported on time.
In particular, there are no declarations of Vyacheslav Boguslayev and Anatoliy Girshfeld (both from the parliamentary group “people’s Will”), Igor Skiri (“Revival”), Yuriy Shukhevych (Radical party faction Oleg Lyashko), sisters-in-chief military Prosecutor Anatoly Matios, a Deputy from the faction “Block of Petro Poroshenko” Maria Matios and two MPs-the fugitives by Alexander Onishchenko and Sergey Klyuev. According to the law, of the Declaration for 2015 were required to submit an official person who on the date of filing (September 1) held important and very responsible position. October 30 was the last day for filing an electronic Declaration of income.
If the results of monitoring it is established that the subject of the Declaration is not submitted the Declaration, NACP shall notify him of the fact of non-Declaration, and he shall, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the notification to submit the Declaration. This writes LB.ua.
At the same time NACP report in writing of the fact of non-Declaration of the head of the body, which employs the subject of the Declaration, and specially authorized bodies in the sphere of counteraction of corruption.
Criminal liability for filing officials of false data in declarations on the income coming, if these data differ from credible worth more than 250 times the minimum wage (currently it is 1450 UAH), that is, 362500 UAH, and after the increase in the minimum wage to 3, 2 thousand UAH – 800 UAH.
In particular, criminal liability for filing false information in the declarations provides for punishment (except the deprivation of liberty for a term up to two years) the penalty from 2,5 thousand to 3,5 thousand non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (42,5-59,5 thousand UAH) or community service for a term of 150 to 240 hours.

In addition, provides for administrative liability for submission of false information in the form of a penalty from 1 thousand to 2,5 thousand non-taxable minimum incomes (17-42,5 thousand UAH) when the Declaration data are different from authentic in the amount of from 100 to 250 times the minimum wage (now 145-362,5 thousand UAH), and after the increase in the minimum wage to 3, 2 thousand UAH thousand UAH 320-800.
According to the law “On prevention of corruption” within seven days after the filing of the Declaration the entity Declaration has the right to file corrected Declaration.
