As reported by the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko, participation in searches taking 250 employees of the GPU and the SFS.
According to the court, the 21 areas seized equipment of three oil depots, filling stations 41 and four office spaces. The company is accused of evasion from payment of nearly UAH 1 bn in taxes.
“In the future we plan to transfer the property to responsible storage of energy”, – Lutsenko added.
