“BPP” for six months, more than half of the budget spent on spin doctor – “Honestly”

For the first six months of 2016 of”Block of Petro Poroshenko” more than half of the party budget spent on the services of a political consultant Oleh Medvedev.
It is reported by the public movement “Chesno”.
The organization noted that the Ukrainian government this year for the first time began to Fund the party. All the parliamentary parties received from the budget of 147 million UAH, the money was only “the Opposition bloc”. “BPP” has received more parties – more than 50 million, but spent only 818 thousand UAH.
According to the organization, 420 thousand UAH of this amount was spent on information and consulting services, political consultant Oleh Medvedev, a former Deputy of the Kiev city Council and a freelance adviser to Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. The money he sent six payments of 70 thousand UAH.
Expenses for remuneration of labor of employees of “BPP” in the first quarter of this year amounted to 20.5 thousand UAH, the second – 41,5 thousand UAH. In the Central office of the party listed three of the employee and, if you believe the reports of the political power, it is the only workers party is on the payroll of the country as a whole.
“In a presidential party that took second place at the last parliamentary elections, has members in most local councils. People from this party are heads of regional councils and heads of administrations in a number of areas”, – stated in the message.

“Honestly” said that in addition to budget money, “BPP” has received 350 thousand UAH deposits of legal entities – the local organizations of the party. This amount in the budget of the party made 8 regional centres.
“While these contributions far exceed the total amounts received from individuals or legal entities. For example, Lviv oblast didn’t declare a penny of the contributions for activities of the local branch. At the same time on main account of the party contributed more than 12 thousand UAH”, – notes the analyst of center “Eidos” Sergey Adamenko.
According to the movement, most of the funds transferred from local organizations of Vinnytsia oblast and the Volyn region. But these amounts are not significant. So, from the Vinnytsia region for six months received almost 30 thousand UAH.
Thus, according to activists of the “Chesno”, voters have no real opportunity to know what the specific names are for the transfer of funds through a local organization “BPP” in the regions.
Recall that in the III and IV quarter of 2016 NACP funded statutory activities of four of the six political partiesrepresented in the Verkhovna Rada. In General, they received 141 million 647 thousand. So, the party “national front” received 50 million 272 thousand UAH, “Block of Petro Poroshenko” – 49 million 543 thousand UAH, “Samopomich” – 24 million 923 thousand UAH, the Radical party of Oleh Lyashko – 16 million 907 thousand.
Government funding is not received “IN “Batkivshchyna” and “Opposition bloc”. So, “Fatherland” had not submitted the relevant documents for financing, and the party “Opposition bloc” refused government funding.
