In GPU declared that the proceedings of Yanukovych are not enough judges

In the composition of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv, which shall consider the matter, there are not enough judges.

In the composition of Pechersky regional court of Kiev not enough judges for the proceedings deprived of the title of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.

This was stated by the Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yevhen Yenin in the air Еспресо.TV.

“During the trial phase of the proceedings, Viktor Yanukovych, we expect some difficulties. We have already that we do. In the composition of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv, which shall consider the matter, no sufficient number of judges,” said ENIN.

Under the law, those investigative judges who participated in the pretrial investigation, are unable to participate during the trial stage of the case.

Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko, however, said earlier that the GPU is ready before the end of the year to bring to trial a case of high treason Viktor Yanukovych and his desertion to the enemy.
