According to hug, the discussion of potential breeding sites should not be public.

The dilution of forces and means in the area of Debaltsevo will take place only with the consent of both parties.

This was stated by first Deputy Chairman of the Special OSCE monitoring mission in Ukraine Alexander hug in an interview with “Hromadske”.

“If you take the geographical area between Debaltsevo and Svetlodarsk, a high fighting activity. But the dilution of forces and means will occur only with the consent of the parties. And I don’t speculate and speculation is whether there will be it,” he said.

In the opinion of hug, any reduction in the level of violence would be welcome.

“The theme of dilutions is regularly discussed. And if the parties agree on additional areas of the breeding effort and money we are ready to provide their support. You understand the current discussions and debate around the potential breeding sites should not be public. It all depends on the participants of the trilateral contact group, or of the parties – whether to bring this information to the General public”, – said the first Deputy head of the OSCE in Ukraine.

We will remind, on October 19 in Berlin took place negotiations of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

At a press conference following the talks, Poroshenko said that Ukraine insists on continuing the withdrawal of troops in the Donbas, and after the withdrawal of forces in the Gold districts, Petrovsky and Stanytsia Luhanska this work must continue in four places, in particular, should be carried out the demilitarization of Debaltsevo.

In turn, Russia stated that it did not agree with the return of the occupied city Debaltsevo Donetsk region under Ukrainian control.
