Deputies are looking for reasons to not make the decision about removal of inviolability from the Deputy Vadim Novinsky.
About it in the comment to journalists was declared by the Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko, reports UNIAN.
“The deputies are afraid to say Yes and afraid to say “no”, and make sure to throw this problem on me, pushing me – or break of the CPC (criminal procedure code), or you will not receive a response,” he said.

As stated in the story TSN.19.30, the parliamentary Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, which must decide whether to put to vote the question on removal of inviolability from Novinsky – postponed the hearing until the Prosecutor General’s office will not answer a number of additional questions. Yuriy Lutsenko says he will not be able to answer these questions, because the code of criminal procedure forbids to reveal the secret of a pretrial investigation.

Vadim Novinsky, for its part, the decision of the colleagues happy.
