The suspect in the occupied territories is real.
The NAB do not agree with the position of the Prosecutor’s office concerning the remand of the Chairman of the accounting chamber of Ukraine Roman Maguta not related to detention.
This is stated on the website of the NABU.
NABU convinced of the high risk of his flight to the temporarily occupied territory (Donetsk), where the suspect and family members are residential properties.

We will remind that on the agenda of the Verkhovna Rada the bill is about “tapping” for National anti-corruption Bureau. The Ministry hopes that the deputies will support this initiative.
NABU hope that by the end of the year they will have the right to independently conduct the audition.
