The IMF mission is completing its work in Kiev and will soon publish a statement.

Most likely, Ukraine will receive the fourth tranche of the loan to $ 1.3 billion from the International monetary Fund as early as 2017. The IMF mission is completing its work in Kiev and will soon publish a traditional statement on the results of the discussions held with the authorities of the country.

This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Oleg Churiy, UNIAN reports.

“NBU issues (in IMF) no. At the same time because the approaching end of the year, we believe that the risks of non-receipt of the tranche in the amount of $ 1.3 billion increase somewhat,” – said Cure.

He did not rule out that the IMF Board of Directors may postpone the allocation of the next credit tranche in 2017.

We will remind, Ukraine has received from IMF for 4-year program of expanded financing (EFF) three tranches in the total amount of 7.62 billion dollars. The programme is 17.5 billion dollars.

Lately there are constant delays in the release of tranches of the loan – due to delay real reforms in Ukraine. In particular, the delay in the allocation of the current tranche due to the lack of the final model of pension reform, the law on market of agricultural land, model tax changes which include the abolition of the special regime of VAT for agro-businesses and a simplified tax system for legal entities.
