For the crimes during the Maidan have not punished a single perpetrator.
“Where you punished? What is the consequence? Where is the truth?”, the main issues that tear the heart before the next anniversary of Euromaidan.
Tomorrow, November 21, the Day of Dignity and Freedom will celebrate for the third time. But relatives of those who gave life for the freedom of justice did not wait until now. This is stated in the plot of TSN.Week.
On Friday, a week early than planned, in the Prosecutor’s office six hours of questioning of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko about what he saw. Whether it will give a serious impetus to the investigation – now a little faith. Because there are already a lot of evidence. And was detained. But what happened next, makes you pose the question: “Why is murder on the Maidan, no one will ever be punished?!”.
The first reason is no judge involved in the repression against the Maidan, was not in the dock. So, to expect justice from Themis, if all the evidence will be collected, and the criminals found nothing. But this raises the second reason is to find and to get criminals to testify is unrealistic. The third reason why the case on the Maidan will never be investigated, for almost three years in court, the practice has shown that not a single suspect in the killing of people is still not sent to jail. And two weeks ago between Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko and the lead investigator on the case of the Maidan Sergey Gorbatyuk there was a scandal. The occasion was the case of Yanukovych. And the attorney General with the stroke of a pen even disbanded the office, and Gorbatyuk reprimanded. The attorneys of the Heavenly hundred Heroes argue that the current leadership of the General Prosecutor’s office destroyed the controls that are at least believed human rights activists and relatives of the victims.
“In fact, I have the impression that in the Affairs of the Maidan, no one will be punished,” – said Gorbatyuk.
And this is the final answer to the question: “Why?”. Because no one. Now all the investigations into the murders of the Heavenly hundred Heroes actually stopped.
