In turn, Ukraine continues to comply fully with their obligations.
The Minister of defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak reported on the worsening security situation in the Donetsk and Lugansk region that, lately, reports Interfax.
“I do not see shifts. Yesterday there were 42 fire. I think that this is not an example of improvement of the situation in the East of Ukraine”, – he said.
According to Poltorak, Russia does not take the initiative to resolve the situation, but rather doing everything possible to “road map” of implementation of the Minsk agreements have not been agreed.

“Ukraine to this (the implementation of the Minsk agreements – ed.) are ready, we work and we perform in full the obligations”, – he added.
Recall that the talks in Minsk the foreign Ministers of the “Normandy format” on settlement of situation in Donbass yielded no concrete results. This was stated by foreign Minister of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier. The meeting participants came to a political agreement that would provide, in particular, the local elections in the occupied territories. But, he added, there is still hope of progress in the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
