Russia has adopted a strategy aimed at disrupting the plans of the United States.

The Pentagon chief Ashton Carter said that the Russian Federation does nothing to help overcome ISIS in Syria.

According to him, Russia has adopted a strategy aimed at a “blatant failure of plans of the USA”, where it was not. Carter believes that the “success” of the Russian leadership is determined not by the result on the ground, and “creating discomfort for the rest of the world.” That is, the head of the Pentagon, making it difficult to build bridges.
