Hope for the fight against crime: Groisman and Avakov introduced the new head of national police
The head of the Ukrainian government Volodymyr Groysman with Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov presented to the Ministry of internal Affairs of the new head of national police of Sergey Knyazev.

“I deeply believe that the appointment of the new head will give the opportunity to get a good result (against crime – ed). I really want people to feel safe. It is our task”, – said Groisman.
The government has also appointed Sergey Yarovoy first Deputy Minister of internal Affairs, said Groisman. In addition, the Prime Minister also announced the appointment of Deputy Minister of internal Affairs Vadim Troyan, who is temporarily acting head of the National police.
Timely personnel decisions regarding the structure of the Ministry of interior and the National police will strengthen the current front in the fight against crime, I am sure Groisman.
“In such a difficult time today, the role of the National police is extremely important,” he said.
