Alexander Gorgan demonstrated effective management, and a national approach to the management of the region.
This opinion was expressed Director of the Institute of global strategies Vadim Karasev, commenting on the 100 days in the post of Chairman of Kyiv regional state administration Alexander he said, adding that the official in a short time was able to produce 50 target programs, adopt a budget and establish cooperation with a politically complex regional Council.
