Presidential planes and helicopter is insured for UAH 1.5 billion
State aviation enterprise “Ukraine” of state Administration of Affairs entered into an agreement with PJSC “Insurance company “PZU Ukraine” about the services on compulsory insurance of civil aviation of 15.35 million.
As reported in “Messenger of government procurements”, the agreement was signed on 3 January according to the results of the tender, write “Nashi Groshi”.
In particular, for 2017 insured aircraft crew members and other aviation staff, as well as the liability of the operator for damage to third parties and the carrier for damage to passengers, baggage, mail and cargo.
In the amount of 1.56 billion UAH had insured the helicopter Mi-8MTV-1 (UR-RAO) and the aircraft An-74TK-300D (UR-AWB), An-148-100B (UR-UKR), A319-115 (UR-ABA), the additional condition of the contract is the insurance liability to third parties with a single limit of not less than $ 500 million for each of the cases.
As noted, last year the government ordered a similar service in PJSC “Beads” for of 9.56 million. To then insure another Mi-8 helicopter (UR-RAA), at least from the amount of 3.92 million.
The shareholders of “PZU Ukraine” are to JSC “Insurance company “PZU Ukraine life insurance” and large Polish company “Powszechny Zaklad Ubezpieczen SA”. Cheaper than 19% offer mentioned the company “Busin” and more from PJSC “Ukrainian insurance capital” rejected for non-compliance of the tender documents.
