Savchenko and Ruban arrived in the occupied territory of Donbass
The head of the civil organization “Officer corps” Vladimir Ruban, together with the people’s Deputy Nadezhda Savchenko arrived in terrorist “DNR”.
This was reported by “Donetsk news Agency” with reference to the so-called “Ministry of state security of the DPR”.

In turn, Vladimir Ruban was the person who had arranged the meeting people’s Deputy Nadezhda Savchenko with the leaders of the militants Igor Plotnitsky and Alexander Zakharchenko in Minsk. Ruban said that Savchenko wanted to contribute to the process of release of hostages and “see it through”. He also stated that these negotiations were not secret. According to Ruban, he long chose a place for their conduct, because, they say, in Donetsk, to do so would be dangerous.
