SBU intercepted conversation of the leader of “DNR” Zakharchenko about the blockade ORDO
The security service of Ukraine has published an intercepted conversation between the leader of terrorists “DNR” Alexander Zakharchenko and the so-called “representative “of the administration of the DNR” Dmitry Trapeznikov.
Fighters discuss the statement Zakharchenko and head of the terrorist Luhansk Igor Plotnitsky with an”ultimatum” to stop the blockade of the occupied territories and to discuss their further actions.

So, in the video Zakharchenko said that now the militants resorted to the blockade and will not allow to send the coal.
“Now we’re not going to give them coal, no serious, everything,” he says.
In SBU noted that the militants plan at the direction of Russian curators to use the situation to “nationalization” of enterprises, which remained in the temporarily occupied by terrorists territories.
We will remind, the railway blockade in the Donbass continued for almost a month. Trains with coal from militant-controlled territories do not miss dobrobiti – they consider unacceptable trade with the occupiers. Their requirement is not only to stop the trade, but also to formalize the territories, which is controlled by the aggressor, the status of the occupied.
February 15 at a special meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers approved the decision on introduction of state of emergency in the electricity market. Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman again condemned the blocking of the supply of anthracite coal from the occupied territories.
Groisman also urged the participants of the blockade to remove it because it threatens Ukraine’s energy security.
The head of the Cabinet of Ministers negotiated with the blockade, however, on 27 February, the Headquarters of the blockade of Donbass has announced that it is withdrawing from the negotiations with the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
28 Feb MP Vladimir Parasyuk reported on the storming of the redoubt in the village Scherbynivka that nearby Turecka Donetsk region. Subsequently, the staff reported one wounded.
The assault lasted about the same time when the Cabinet was made by the interior Minister Arsen Avakov. He, among other things, requested authority for the lifting of the blockade of the occupied Donbass.
Groisman, in turn, said that the energy blockade of Donbass is playing to the interests of the Russian Federation.
