The mayor of Zaporozhye was accused of providing false declarations, the Prosecutor’s office checks the information
In Zaporozhye after the announcement of the unreliability of the data, the militiamen took up the Declaration of the mayor Vladimir Buryak.
About it reported in a press-service of the Prosecutor Zaporozhye region.
“The Prosecutor’s office in the Unified register of pretrial investigations included information under article 366-1 criminal code of Ukraine at the request of the Deputy of Zaporozhye regional Council regarding the provision of Zaporizhzhya mayor of knowingly false information in the Declaration, which does not indicate about the presence of corporate rights of one of the enterprises of the regional center”, – stated in the message.
As noted, at present pre-judicial investigation proceeds, are held urgent investigative actions.

We will note, according to the Declaration, which was filled by the head of the Zaporozhye Vladimir Buryak, last year he earned 386 thousand hryvnias. Moreover, it became clear that his cash reserves, in comparison with the year 2015 has decreased by more than a million hryvnia – UAH 6,845 million to 5,725 million.
In addition, the mayor pointed out in the Declaration of several plots, houses (one of which is unfinished – in Zaporozhye) in Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhia regions, as well as the Toyota Land Cruiser, the car LUAZ, two trailers and inflatable boat.
But in the section on corporate rights says that the subject of the Declaration or members of his family objects do not exist for the Declaration.
We will remind, on February 13 the Ministry of justice of Ukraine registered the order of carrying out the full verification of electronic declarations.
