NBU has won three cases against the “Delta Bank” for UAH 64 mln
National Bank won three cases regarding claims to property guarantors of JSC “Delta Bank” in the amount of nearly 65 million.
This is stated in the message NBU.
In particular, in the first quarter of this year, the NBU has won three court cases on claims of the property Trustee “Delta Bank” to foreclose a mortgage on the property with a total value of UAH 63.6 million.
Now the courts are considering another six claims to the property guarantors for the loan refinancing provided by the NBU “Delta Bank”.
During the period 2014-2017, the regulator initiated 47 court proceedings to recover from the guarantors of the debt of insolvent banks to the NBU.
It is noted that the fair value of the property which has been foreclosed, is 10.9 billion.
