Hg said, who needs to make a decision on a military mission of OSCE on Donbass

First Deputy Chairman of the Special monitoring mission of the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe, Alexander hug, said that after the explosion of the OSCE patrol in Luhansk region, the decision to deploy a military mission in the Donbass need to take the OSCE Permanent Council.

“The adoption of such decisions has the powers of the OSCE Permanent Council, which can change our mandate or to create another mission,” he said.
