According to him, due to the fact that these territories have a debt to the Ukrainian water utility. In addition, a major problem is the inability of the supply of anthracite coal at the station, which ensure the regions water.
“There is the issue of water now, a water utility with no payment. And one of the questions that will be in Minsk today, is, including we with one hand on the center of the city can’t put the anthracite coal, we have no supply routes, in addition to uncontrolled areas or from Russia. And then we have to disable water”, – said the Minister.
