“A true friend of Ukraine”. Poroshenko and Yatsenyuk expressed condolences over the death Brzezinski

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko expressed condolences in connection with death of the American political scientist, national security Advisor to former US President Zbigniew Brzezinski and called him a friend of Ukraine.

Wrote about this on his page in Facebook.

“Sad news: died, Zbigniew Brzezinski the Grand master of international politics, the legend, the era. A true friend of Ukraine! Sincere condolences to the family. Eternal memory!” he said.

In turn, the former Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk stressed that the work of Brzezinski became an important contribution to the restoration of freedom of Ukraine.

“With deep sorrow learned about the death of Zbigniew Brzezinski, a prominent thinker, visionary, former adviser for national security Affairs the President of the United States. Zbigniew Brzezinski was a great, reliable, caring friend of Ukraine. Feel a deep appreciation for his support of our people,” he said.

According to Yatsenyuk, Ukraine will always remember Brzezinski as an ally and sister.

“For decades, penetrating, sharp and precise thought Zbigniew Brzezinski was an intellectual pillar of the free world. He was one of the world’s most important critics and creators of the modern global security architecture: it was influenced in its structure, showed the threat, opened up good prospects”, – concluded the ex-Premier.

We will remind, today, on may 27, the American political scientist and sociologist, a former government security Advisor under the US President Zbigniew Brzezinski has died in 90-m to year of life.
