About 100 million UAH of income: “Ukrzaliznytsya” for the first time in three years, got out in “plus” after a furious loss
For the first time in three years PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” has achieved a positive financial result. On this day, may 31, reported the press service of “Ukrzaliznytsya”.
Profit for the first four months of the current year is 96.2 million UAH. For comparison, the figure for the same period last year – a 1.7 billion loss in 2015 the amount of losses amounted to 666 million.

Wojciech Balczun, Chairman of BONDS, noted that it suggests that the office not only managed to stabilize the situation, but also to improve it in all respects: in passenger, freight sectors of financial activity: “We have provided income growth at a faster rate than the increased costs, and this had a positive impact on the financial result”.
“Accordingly, increased current taxes and mandatory payments to the budget and state trust funds on 358,8 million. For 4 months 2017 PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” paid 4.9 billion UAH, including to the state budget UAH 1.7 bn in state funds – 1.64 billion UAH and local budgets – 1.55 billion UAH”, – said Balczun.
