The visa regime with Russia can enter without a solution to VR – Herashchenko
The decision to introduce visa regime with Russia can be taken by the Ministry of foreign Affairs in coordination with the President of Ukraine.
This was stated by the MP of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko, wrote UNIAN.
“The decision to accept the Ministry of foreign Affairs in coordination with the President, who is head of state and head of the foreign policy of Ukraine”, – he stressed.

According to Gerashchenko, the decision of the Parliament it does not need.
“This requires political will and good judgment. Earlier it was reported that in the Verkhovna Rada about the possible number of votes of people’s deputies for the introduction of visa regime with Russia. Later the Secretary of national security and defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov called for the speedy introduction of a visa regime with the Russian Federation.
