In “Gazprom” believe that after the final decision of arbitration Naftogaz will owe
After final decisions in two cases in the Stockholm arbitration , the Russian “Gazprom” hopes that the money he will have to “Naftogaz of Ukraine”, and not Vice versa.
This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Board “Gazprom” Alexander Medvedev, reports “Vedomosti”. He said that the company may provide comments to the decision of the arbitration.

At the same time the representative of “Gazprom” once again denies that the Tribunal abolished the rule of “take or pay” for “Naftogaz”. The Russian side insists that the recent decision of arbitration are interim. Kiev says that they are not intermediate, but a separate, specific questions on pricing.
“Naftogaz of Ukraine” in Facebook in a comment on Medvedev’s statement noted that “the court of arbitration dismissed Gazprom’s position of “take or pay”. Also attached a poster with the inscription: “Keep calm and Lupita the rock”.
Meanwhile, the head of “Naftogaz” Andrew KOBOLEV said that means victory in court against “Gazprom”.
