“The Ministry of Finance prepares changes to the budget. There will be approximately 10 billion hryvnia. This problem stretches back to last year – non-payment of debts. I think 10 billion will solve the situation right. These funds are needed to calm, a normal occurrence during the heating season,” – said Rozenko.
