The Ukrainian foreign Ministry condemned the attack of militants “DNR” for the observers of the OSCE mission.
About the speaker Department Marian Betz said on Twitter.
“We strongly condemn all attacks on members of the CMM Pro-Russian militants. This is another violation of the Minsk agreements”, – stated in the message in the microblogging service.
The foreign Ministry stressed that this incident is a violation of the Minsk agreements.
