Solomensky district court examines the measure of restraint for six detainees at so-called amber case. This is stated in the story TSN.16.45.
So, currently, the court shall elect a measure of restraint for the assistant people’s Deputy Tatyana Polyakova Lubonka. She is one of 6 detainees SAP and NAB on Tuesday, June 20. A woman suspected of receiving bribes, the total of which amounted to 15 thousand dollars.
However Lubenko allegedly personally received $ 1,900 to assist in the adoption of a law that would allow one of the foreign companies to produce and sell amber on the territory of Ukraine.

June 19, detectives of the National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine detained the security guard of the people’s Deputy from BPP Borislav Rosenblatt during receiving a bribe of 200 thousand dollars. The people’s Deputy Serhiy Leshchenko claimed that co-defendant Rosenblatt received money for the solution of a question on licensing of production of amber.
The politician has called the accusations against his security guard provocation.
Deputies Rosenblatt and Polyakova want to deprive of immunity – they both appear on the “amber case”. The corresponding representation is already prepared.
