According to Dobkin, in the case of Dougy, Lozovo and Dade, the evidence base is too weak. Therefore, the people’s Deputy from “opposition bloc” will not vote for the removal of inviolability from these deputies.
We will remind, the General Prosecutor Yuriy Lutsenko made a submission to the Verkhovna Rada on bringing to criminal responsibility, detention and arrest Dobkin for malpractice and promoting fraud to seize 78 hectares of land Kharkiv regulatory cost of more than 220 million UAH. Dobkin considers it a personal vendetta of the Prosecutor General.
In addition, GPU requires to deprive of parliamentary immunity of Eugene Deydey (people’s front), Oles Dovgy (“will of the people”), Andrey Lozovoy (Radical party of Oleg Lyashko), Maksym Polyakov (people’s front) and Borislav Rosenblatt (“Petro Poroshenko Bloc”) for various frauds.
