3:2 in favor of the GPU: a roll-call vote of deputies of the Verkhovna Rada for the removal of immunity from their colleagues
On Tuesday, July 11, the Verkhovna Rada at its evening session considered submission of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine regarding the removal of immunity of five deputies , Yevgeny Deydey, Oles Dovgy, Andrey Lozovoy, Maxim Polyakov and Borislav Rosenblatt.
By results of voting integrity was removed from Dovgy, Polyakov and Rosenblatt. But the deputies did not support the removal of immunity from the Dade and Lozovoy.

The first Deputy, who voted for parliamentarians, was the representative of the “popular front” Eugene Dade. For the removal of his immunity voted 192 to the Deputy, it was not enough and thus, Parliament has not agreed to prosecute this Deputy.
Then the Verkhovna Rada gave its consent to criminal prosecution of people’s Deputy group “people’s Will” Oles Dovgy, who is suspected in land fraud during the work, the Secretary of the city Council. For a decision voted 251 MP. Thus, the MPs supported the removal of the parliamentary immunity of long.
Next it was the turn of the Deputy from fraction “Radical party of Oleh Liashko” Andrey Lozovoy, whom the Prosecutor suspects of failing to pay taxes on 2 million. For the removal of immunity he voted only 177 deputies. Thus, the Verkhovna Rada gave consent to criminal prosecution Lozovoy.
The Verkhovna Rada gave its consent to criminal prosecution of people’s Deputy from “popular front” Maxim Polyakov, who is suspected of involvement in the scheme of mining. For a decision voted 250 deputies.
However, the deputies did not give consent to the election of the Polyakov measure in form of detention, gaining only 111 votes.
The latter was the Deputy from “Blok Petro Poroshenko” Boryslav Rozenblat, another person involved in the “amber case”. For a decision voted 296 deputies. Elected officials actually made the decision on removal of inviolability from Rosenblatt.
However, the deputies did not give consent to the detention Rosenblatt, gaining only 183 votes. Meanwhile, for the arrest of Rosenblatt voted only 181 MP.
