The MPs agreed to the involvement of Rosenblatt responsible
The Verkhovna Rada gave its consent to criminal prosecution of people’s Deputy Borislav Rosenblatt.
For a decision voted 296 deputies.
Elected officials actually made the decision on removal of inviolability from Rosenblatt.
However, the deputies did not give consent to the detention Rosenblatt, gaining only 183 votes. Meanwhile, for the arrest of Rosenblatt voted only 181 MP.
“Today, standing here, perhaps, the greater shame in my life, I could not even imagine. These charges it is indeed a tragedy. All my life I’ve worked in this country, I did their work and honor passed all his life… From the first day I began to fight for the future of our country, for the amber, in which I am accused, for that he belonged to the Ukrainian people… I want you removed my parliamentary immunity and I had a right to prove his innocence in court, without prejudice, with all its consequences,” – said the MP.

In turn, the attorney General Lutsenko, has asked Parliament to vote immediately for prosecution, detention and arrest of the Deputy.
“It is necessary to detain and arrest… Do Rosenblatt ordinary Ukrainians”, – said the head of the GPU.
“Today, despite all the speculation and accusations, I will answer in Ukrainian court… I ask to remove my parliamentary immunity, and to give the opportunity to defend his honor in court. I thank you very much and hope for your decision,” he said before the vote.
