“Lost” Russian border guards by investigators of USBU in the Kherson area it is reported about suspicion in Commission of crime under part 2 article 110 (infringement of territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.

The court of appeal of the Kherson region they elected a measure of restraint in form of detention.
The investigation is continuing.

As you know, on the night of 30 June 2017, the Kherson border guards detachment together with the military personnel of VS of Ukraine in the Kherson area detained two unknown without documents and subsequently established that the detainees are soldiers of the border service of FSB of the Russian Federation.
Later , the border service of FSB of the Russian Federation sent an appeal to the Ukrainian side, which asked for information about two Russian soldiers who got lost in Ukraine. Ukrainian border guards have regarded it as proof that the detainees are military of the Russian Federation.
During the detention, both have no weapons, and the resistance they had.
