Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko personally awarded the suspicions MPs Borislav Rosenblatt and Maxim Polyakov, which the Verkhovna Rada has deprived of parliamentary immunity.
This was attorney General said after the meeting of the procedural Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, “Interfax-Ukraine”.
“Tomorrow at 14:30, Rosenblatt and Poles summoned to the General Prosecutor of Ukraine, and I will personally hand them suspicious. So says the law. After that it will become the head of the Specialized anti-corruption prosecution, which will continue the investigation,” – said Lutsenko.

Recall that Rosenblatt is charged with extortion for production and purchase of amber. NABU recorded as Rosenblatt requires money from the anti-corruption Bureau agent who worked undercover.
