The fire was extinguished in 25 minutes. The fire burned a balcony and part of roof. The inhabitants of the whole entrance with the documents and the animals had to be evacuated independently even before arrival of rescuers. On call worked 11 crews SSES. Upon the death of the child militiamen began criminal proceedings.
