The militants of illegal armed groups in the Donbas fired at the village of zaytsevo in the Donetsk region during the distribution of humanitarian aid to local residents. Help distributed by the staff of the International Committee of the red cross (ICRC).

According to the military, ceasefire during the distribution of humanitarian aid to civilians in occupied areas pre-arranged representatives of the Ukrainian side of the JCCC.
