The Shevchenkovsky regional court of Kiev was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment of the inhabitant of Kiev who set the dog on the stranger.

“The incident happened in the Shevchenko district. Walking with his dog, the attacker noticed his friend who was arguing with the stranger. From Kiev went to help a friend and started shouting obscenities to curse the opponent, and in the middle of an argument incited the dog of a stranger and threatened with a knife. After he several times struck the man in the face”, – militiamen found out.
As noted, thanks to the description the victim, police quickly arrested the attacker, as it turned out, it was already repeatedly brought to criminal liability for theft, fraud, extortion and robbery.
“At the hearing the defendant fully admitted his guilt, adding that during the conflict, wanted to protect his friend,” added the police.
Separately noted that the man was convicted under the article on hooliganism to 2.5 years, moreover, under article 70 “the imposition of punishment for multiple offenses” were attached to the unserved part of the sentence to the previous sentence, and therefore the man jailed for three years and one month.
