“School truce”: the OSCE has more than 600 explosions at Donbass 5 days
Observers Special monitoring mission of the OSCE counted more than 600 explosions in the Donbas from 23 to 27 August.

Recall, the leaders of Germany and France Angela Merkel and Emmanuel macron called on the presidents of Russia and Ukraine to provide “school truce” in the Donbass.
“We urge the presidents Putin and Poroshenko to implement fully their commitments, to openly and clearly support the truce and provide appropriate instructions to the military and the forces on the ground,” the statement reads.
Merkel and macron said that after the negotiations, “Norman Quartet” on August 22, the security situation in the Donbas has not improved significantly, but the truce is not respected in full.
