The Pechersky district court of Kyiv has identified the people’s Deputy Maxim Polyakov status of victim in the case of provocation of bribery NABOO.
About this he wrote in Facebook.
“Today was the triumph of justice! The decision of Pechersk district court of Kyiv with me determined the procedural status of victim in the case of provocation of bribery NABOO. Now you expect the General Prosecutor of Ukraine Yury Lutsenko consistent and wise action,” he said.
According to him, the GPU needs to finish open criminal proceedings with the investigation of the Director of NABU Artem Sytnik and give him a message of suspicion.
The same applies to the detectives NAB, which, according to the Deputy, falsified a case against him.
“I will require maximum openness and independence from GPU”, – said the Poles.
