The court arrested all the property of the Zaporozhye aluminum plant
The court seized all the property of PJSC “Zaporozhye production aluminum combine” (ZALK) in the framework of criminal proceedings upon assignment by officials of the property company.
About it reports a press-service of the Prosecutor Zaporozhye region.
“The Prosecutor’s office of Zaporozhye region is taking measures to prevent theft of property of the Zaporozhye aluminum plant”, – is spoken in the message.

Currently in production of Investigative management of GUNP in the Zaporozhye region under the procedural leadership of regional Prosecutor’s office is criminal proceedings open in 2016 upon assignment by officials of PJSC “Zaporozhye production aluminum combine” of the enterprise’s property which caused damage in especially large sizes, in excess of 5 million.
“The strictest sanction incriminated article provides imprisonment for the term from seven till twelve years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years and with property confiscation”, – added in Prosecutor’s office.
Earlier, the investigators of SBU together with the Prosecutor’s office announced the suspected members of an international criminal gangsuspected of intentional destruction of the integral industrial complex of the Zaporozhye aluminum combine in the interests of the competitors from Russia.
