In GPU told details of the case against the NAB for illegal wiretapping

The attorney General’s office said the details of the case against the NAB for illegal wiretapping of civil servants.

This was reported by press Secretary of the Prosecutor General Larisa Sargan Facebook.

In particular, the GPU is pre-judicial investigation in criminal proceedings on the grounds of criminal offences specified in articles 365, 366 criminal code of Ukraine.

It is established that officials of the Bureau in 2016 illegally tracked the movement of persons across the country and call traffic between subscribers 114 phones.

In such unlawful method was carried out quickly-technical actions concerning officials of the Main intelligence Directorate of the defense Ministry, foreign intelligence Service, authorities of national police, SBU, Management of state guard, HOOD, Deputy Ministers of the Cabinet, organs of DFS, judges of the superior courts, chairmen of district court in the city of Kiev, University rectors and other officials.

Currently questioned as witnesses several employees of these bodies.
