A Russian court has arrested suspected of treason in favor of Ukraine individuals
The court in Moscow decided to arrest the suspects in the treason in favor of Ukraine the Russian military and his friend.
This was reported by “Interfax” on Friday in the Center of public relations of FSB.
“In the framework of the criminal case initiated against citizens of Russia Anna Suhonogovo and Dmitry Dolgopolov under article 275 of the criminal code (treason), the FSB carried out urgent investigative actions. The suspects taken to the Moscow district military court. In their relation a preventive measure in the form of detention”, – is spoken in the message.
It is noted that the suspects “were collected and transferred to the main intelligence Department of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine the data making the state secret, on the activities of units and formations of the black sea fleet”.
The investigation continues, individuals can be punished with imprisonment for the term from 12 till 20 years.
