In Kiev heating season began, but not for all

“We start the heating season in public sector institutions – schools, kindergartens, hospitals, social welfare institutions and the like. The connection will be performed at the request of the administrations of these institutions”, — he commented.
Panteleyev also said that the connection of residential houses will be carried out when the average daily temperature is below 8 degrees for three days in a row.
Recall that the houses in Kiev connected to the heating, when the average temperature drops to 8 degrees. The network of heating in Kiev, the biggest in Ukraine and one of the largest in Europe, so that the heat after the start of the heating season came to each apartment in more than 11 thousand apartment houses, technologically necessary for about a week.
