The Russian Federation fully control the situation in the occupied part of the Ukrainian Donbass. This was at a briefing in Washington said the special representative of the US State Department on Affairs Kurt Volker, UNIAN reports.

The statement was made in response to the question of Russian journalists that the situation in the Donbass can be an internal dispute of Ukraine. “It is not an internal conflict. It is not an ethnic conflict. This is not a conflict of the indigenous people.
