Developer LCD “Chaika” passed 17 apartments to the military personnel

One of the victories in the solution of this question was the cooperation of the development company “Omoks” and charitable organization “Fund of support of national security of Ukraine”.
In October 2017 the Fund’s representatives appealed to the developer of the residential complex “Chaika”, “Sanction” with a request to assist in the improvement of housing conditions for the military and their families. Having got acquainted with the activities of the organization, the head of the company “Omoks” transferred to the charity Fund 17 apartments: one-, two – and three-bedroom.
– Support the soldiers who defend Ukraine’s sovereignty and the security of citizens is a matter of honor. Conscious and responsible business in a difficult time for the country should support the society and be guided by the principle of social responsibility of business, – commented the managing owner of “Omoks” Alex Kulagin. The founders of the company decided to provide charitable assistance Fund 12 apartments in a new building LCD “Section”, 5 apartments will become the property of the organization while building in the residential complex “Chaika” will be commissioned. All documents have been signed.
In the past 12 years real estate development company “Omoks” confirms the status of socially responsible business: develops Chaika village of Kyiv-Sviatoshynsky area, built 30 high-rise buildings, where more than 12,000 people, creates kindergartens, schools and other infrastructure. The developer continues to promote the development of sport in the village, sponsoring charity events, helping people who are in difficult life circumstances, and possibly contributes to the maintenance of state security of Ukraine.
