Kolomoisky is suing Bank of Ukraine about protection of business reputation
The former head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration, businessman Igor Kolomoisky filed a lawsuit against the National Bank of Ukraine on protection of honor, dignity and business reputation.
A lawsuit was registered by the Pechersk district court of Kiev on 1 November, transfer “Ukrainian news”.

The defendants in the lawsuit are the NBU, LLC”, Risotto”, an individual Taras Miroshnik, LLC “Redaktsiya gazety Zakon I Biznes”, LLC “Information Agency” Interfax-Ukraine”, JSC “Kiev Institute of management problems named after Gorshenin”.
Third parties in the lawsuit are the “Inkeri” and LLC “Inkom 2001”.
The text of a judicial determination for the plaintiff are not yet available.
